SANAA architects discuss ideas behind the Gallery's new building

Our film series returns with Charlie Chaplin's 'The great dictator'

Open until 10pm Wednesdays

Tonight at Art After Hours, it’s a chance to discover the ideas behind the design for the Gallery’s new building with Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa from award-winning architectural firm SANAA, in conversation with Gallery director Michael Brand and moderated by Ken Maher, national president of the Australian Institute of Architects. Our Me, myself and I film series, exploring the ambiguity of identity, kicks off with Charlie Chapin in The great dictator. And Sarah Belkner and her band return to entertain us.
