Recommended for early career teachers, this professional development day includes presentations by curators, artists and education specialists as well as looking, interpreting and making sessions specifically developed for K–6 and 7–12 teachers.
The aim of the program is to stimulate discussion and develop ideas and techniques for the classroom across the Key Learning Areas.
The cost includes morning tea, lunch, exhibition entry, workshops and education material.
NSW Institute of Teachers’ endorsed provider of Institute-registered professional development for the maintenance of accreditation at Professional Competence. Scope of Endorsement: All elements of Professional Teaching Standards 1,2,3,4 and 6 at Professional Competence for Visual Arts related professional development.
