Lieven will discuss the burgeoning of arts festivals in Asia, in particular the 41st Hong Kong Arts Festival. He will also focus on China’s unique contemporary cultural scene, including art and architectural highlights from his tour to the Hong Kong Arts Festival and contemporary art centres, for the Art Gallery Society in February–March 2013.
