The practice of ikebana encompasses a great depth of history and cultural and spiritual awareness, and its influence extends well beyond Japan. Through a series of collaborations, Alex Kershaw’s new project Fantasticology Tokyo: faults, flesh and flowers explores these important traditions in relationship to the body.
