Highly respected arts and features writer Janet Hawley’s Artists in conversation is a riveting glimpse into the lives, loves and inspiration of some of Australia’s most important artists, such as Margaret Olley, Brett Whiteley and Sidney Nolan, as well as Picasso’s lover Francoise Gilot, and many others. This collection of interviews, spanning over many years, reveals the private thoughts and fascinating stories of the art, the artworks and the people themselves. Following the talk Janet will sign copies of the book, the perfect Christmas gift for lovers of art.
