Furoshiki is a Japanese method of wrapping with a square cloth used for over 1000 years. While its use declined with the advent of paper and plastic bags, furoshiki is making a comeback in the age of sustainable design. Participants can bring an item to wrap, such as a CD or a water bottle. Furoshiki fabric will be available for purchase or you can bring your own square cloth.
Note: workshop places are limited. Free tickets will be issued at the door from 5.30pm. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
