Short talks: portraiture and landscape

    • A different work in the Gallery's collection each week

      Art After Hours, Exhibition talk

The annual Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prize competitions inevitably lead to discussion and debate about portraiture and landscape painting.

In this series of talks, Gallery staff discuss works from the collection, on display in other parts of the Gallery, which uphold or subvert traditional definitions of these genres.
