Emma Dunstan Easter holiday at Hathead, NSW, 2012 winner for landscape drawing, 7-8 years

Sponsored by Faber-Castell, the Art Gallery Society kids drawing prize was held again this year, open to all members’ children.

One portrait prizewinner and one landscape prizewinner was chosen in each of three age groups: 5-6, 7-8 and 9-12 years. Prizes were awarded based on merit and selected by our two guest judges.

Each winner received a Faber-Castell prize pack, and the winning drawings are now on display in the members lounge.

Congratulations to the winners and thanks to all the young artists who entered this year’s prize and made it a great success.
