Park Seo-Bo is a trailblazer in contemporary Korean art, having helped introduce the West's concept of modern art to his fellow contrymen in the 1950s. The recipient of numerous awards throughout Asia and the subject of more than a dozen major exhibitons - including a major retrospective of his work at the Arario Gallery in New York - he has also taught two generations at Korea's restigious Hong-Ik Arts University.
