About
In the early 20th century, Dora Ohlfsen was considered one of the world’s most highly regarded sculptors of medallions.
One of her lyrical early works is this exquisite allegorical image of Ceres. Ceres was the ancient Roman goddess of agriculture, fertility and motherhood.
