About
Fred Williams stayed on Flinders Island in the Bass Strait for a fortnight in January 1974 and produced a number of gouaches recording his impressions of the island. Of the two strips in this gouache, the coastline is visible at the top, while the second shows the view looking inland towards the swamp.
