About
Luke Sciberras is best known as a landscapist, but is also an accomplished and expressive artist of animals. This lively drawing of a goanna was completed during Luke Sciberras’ trip to the Kimberley as a guest artist with the Art Gallery of New South Wales Foundation’s group Atelier. Sciberras later turned this drawing into an exquisite etching in collaboration with master printer Diana Davidson at Whaling Road Studio, Sydney.
