Art Centre documentation for this work states:
"Ngyongk (Noingk) is a story place across from the wetland in between Walgnaal and Bull Yard Station. It's forbidden to enter here. This is my grandfather’s home. It is also where my people, the Wik-Me’an people, are from. We are connected to the Wik-Alken families on our grandmother's side. The colours of this Ku' represent the story place called Ngyongk."
