About
In the 1981 Wynne Prize competition, Eva Kubbos was awarded both the Trustees Watercolour Prize and the Pring Prize for a watercolour by a woman artist for her work ‘Rock section – South Coast’. Unable to acquire that work, the Art Gallery of NSW instead purchased this work ‘Rock pattern, South Coast’, another watercolour in the same series.
