    The engraved four characters on the seal face suggests this seal belongs to Pan Yanling, 潘延齡, alias Jian'an, 健庵,native of Fanyu of Guangdong province. Active in Xianfeng era (1851-1861), Pan was a collector of paintings and calligraphy.

    According to the inscriptions on the side, this seal was used on the volumn of Liu Gai Shen Dao stele writen by Yuan Ji 虞集 (1272-1348), a Yuan dyansty calligraper.
