    Ding Jifu, a name mentioned in the side inscription refered to the famous seal carver Ding Jifu,丁吉甫(1907~1984),(original name: Ding Shouqian 丁守谦),native of Nantong of Jiangsu province.

    The Three Old Men's Stone Room mentioned in the side inscription refers to a stone room inside the Xiling Seal Art Society in Hangzhou of Zhejiang province where a group of stele dated from Han to Qing dynasties is housed, including the famous Han Sanlao huizi jiri bei 《汉三老讳字忌日碑》.
