  • About

Patrick Tjungarrayi's 'Untitled (Two Goanna Ancestors)' 1999 depicts designs associated with the travels of two Goanna ancestors of the Tjapaltjarri and Tjampitjinpa kinship subsections. These two men travelled from the rockhole and soakage water site of Kalliangku, west of Jupiter Well. They travelled to Kiwirrkura and then returned to the Jupiter Well area. This forms part of the Tingari ceremonial cycle.

Patrick is based at Kiwirrkura and spends time at Balgo where he is known as Patrick Olodoodi.
