    In December 1948 Robert Klippel moved to Paris in order to focus on his drawing skills. He met surrealist artist Andre Breton and became involved with the surrealist group centred around Breton at La Dragonne gallery. In this photograph Klippel is shown in his atelier at 65 Boulevard Arago.
