In my work, I use an energised, contemporary visual language, referencing today’s culture, to create my own unique dream landscape.

My process revolves around the drawing of original organic imagery and symbolism, which is combined with an improvised painting style. The multi-layering process with which my paintings are constructed is an intuitive one.

I like examining what different things may mean when combined in different ways. The contrast between the raw paint-marks and structured forms creates its own life force.

Environments within worlds reflect the crossing of paths of people in our daily lives. We are reminded of the spirit of those in our distant and current memory.
