My work mostly deals with landscape, memory and the human condition. The paintings are really a personal dialogue. I offer the image and a title; it is then up to the viewer to complete the conversation.

In this painting, the calligraphic lines that scrawl across the surface relate to the mystery and elegance of the human mark across the void. It is as though fragments of the written word have broken off from their moorings and float free from the demands of any one language, or from the need to specify any one meaning.
