Robert Ryan Rory's vision

I was given access to a large number of concept sketches (including some on the back of napkins) and mission statements from key employees involved with the construction of this development in Geelong, Victoria, which is scheduled to open in December 2016.

While the placement of roads, river and wetlands are accurate, I took poetic licence with all the little figures, pets and possessions. I am fascinated by the way one developer can direct and shape a suburb or neighbourhood where so many people will live.
