The Southern Plains of NSW (the Monaro) has long been a form of visual vocabulary to me. An emotional shorthand. I find the limitations of its featurelessness endlessly demonstrative or receptive to the subtle doubts, longings and hopes that we have every day. The light, as always, is representative of someone.
