Alec Lu My dad

I am proud of my dad. He is a sushi chef and owns a Japanese restaurant in Chatswood. My dad is different from the others because he makes a lot of beautiful and yummy sushi with different kinds of ingredients like rice, seafood, meat, vegetable and sauce. He also makes art with sushi and sashimi and makes it really creative. Everyone, not just some, who eat my dad’s food will have a happy smile on their face all the way home.
