I have chosen to depict my best friend Aaron Spina. He is, by far, the smartest, kindest, the wisest and the greatest man I’ve ever met. He taught me that we don’t have to let our worth be defined by what everyone else thinks of us, that our lives and futures are out there for the taking, that our lives are ours and ours alone. He taught me that greatness is a choice. Because of him, I am no longer afraid of tomorrow.
