My dad came to Australia knowing very little English and through hard work and tough times, he has been able to raise a family. My portrait is a token of gratitude to the sweat he has put in in bringing me and my brother up, which isn’t really easy – trust me. The words outline times he’s been through, the difficulties he’s faced and the enjoyments we’ve shared throughout my life or his life.
