My older sister loves to listen to calm music before going to bed. She feels like she is in the forest, listening to the brilliant birds singing. The fluffy blanket always feels like soft grass tickling her feet. When she hums, she makes me feel very comfortable and happy to sleep. I always have good dreams rather than nightmares. I love my sister.
