Alison McCarthy Hi Kieran

I chose to paint my father’s portrait. I chose him because he is very special to me and I wanted to surprise him with a portrait. I decided to do one that showed him when he was younger and in the army, with a huge smile and very happy. He is depicted very happily with light colours and a cool blue background. I think this represents him very well with his smile and happy colours.
