Elle Nguyen My little sister

My portrait captures the goofiness of my little sister Kiera. I chose to draw her because she never fails to make me laugh. The reference photo was taken in the middle of rushing through the Vietnamese airport last year, when I found nice-looking lighting and stopped and asked her to strike a quick pose. You can see she’s pulling one of her funny faces. She entered high school this year, so I drew this portrait to capture (maybe) one of the final moments she’ll be her goofy self before she inevitably matures.
