Jessica Zhang Whimsical

This is my little sister Bec. Like all siblings, she is both loving and hard to deal with, she’s always with me and she has a large impact on many of my thoughts and actions as we grow up. One of her favourite pastimes is to just sit and relax and stare into the distance. I often wonder what she is thinking about. Something mysterious? Something mystical? Weird? Or is it just calm and quiet thoughts? I tried to capture that whimsical expression in this painting.
