Karen Qiang Assessment anxiety

This portrait illustrates me, on the thousands of nights that I stayed up in order to not fall behind in my studies, especially when I first immigrated to Australia. The language barrier makes study even harder. The feeling of extreme anxiety deeply imprinted in my mind. I chose to depict this kind of feeling on paper, trying to substantiate it as an image to remember my experiences in the past. I also believe that there are many students who are experiencing the same situation as I have.
