About
"It's an ironic image, a send-up or pun. A dream home is meant to be brightly coloured, elegant, wonderful – this is dark, with a suggestion of windows, but irregular – it's almost a black on black image. It's a form that I liked. This was in the earlier period of the ‘mound’ theme that I was developing. It’s partly black humour … I varied the tones as I was printing the edition …".
