A view of the harbour

- Further information
Donald Friend's most notable achievements are to be found among his works on paper. Made shortly after the artist returned to live in Sydney for good in 1981, this lyrical watercolour of Sydney Harbour was part of a new series of works that included views of the harbour and the city, continuing a long-broken association with the city of his birth and formative years as an artist.
